My passion for plant-based cooking began nearly fifteen years ago, when my husband, Richard, made the transition after watching "Forks Over Knives" in 2012. This personal experience gives me a deep understanding of the common hurdles people face when changing their eating habits.
I provide comprehensive support that goes beyond the kitchen, offering guidance on navigating social situations like dining out and attending dinner parties, as well as providing practical tips for grocery shopping.
I am a certified plant-based cook from the Rouxbe Forks Over Knives course, and I also completed the Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Cooking Masterclass.
